Global Warranty Coverage Warranty period: 2 years for EBN standard product.

Warranty coverage: EBN standard products, excluding mechanical parts and cosmetic issues.

EBN’s customer should return failure parts to EBN or EBN branch for repair or replacement.

EBN repair turn around time is in house 10 working days (Will provide the RMA# for customer tracking status)

It is possible to obtain a replacement during the first 45 days of the purchase, if the products were purchased directly from EBN and the product is DOA (Dead-on-Arrival).
