We deeply appreciate all Whitmore Charter School parents, teachers and volunteers for their contributions in making WCSAT a wonderful place for learning for our students, but for parents and school staff. I also want to recognize our PBC which consists of parents and teachers. They have provided many wonderful opportunities for families, including many of the ones listed below. We ap- preciate all of their hard work and efforts. During this school year so many great things happened including; exciting Winter and Spring Performances, assemblies for awards, history, theater and life skills. We enjoyed Life Skills pizza luncheons, Literacy Night, Round Up, Spirit Days, Book Fairs, Dance-A-Thon, Wolf-Walk, Santa Breakfast, and a continued building of our school climate and spirit. Let’s not forget the number of students who participated in district-wide activities and received honors during the year for their Peace Essay’s, Masonic Essay’s, Rotary Student of the Month, Every Student Succeeding, Recycling Poster’s, and the list goes on with Whitmore student recognitions! Congratulations to all of you for this wonderful achievement! Cheers to another fantastic year and an amazing school! Please look for a letter in the mail about two weeks before school starts welcoming you and your child to our new school year. The letter will contain more information about our Back-to-School Night and beginning of the year events. I commend our wonderful staff and teachers for working so hard to provide our students with high expectations and a rigorous education. They continu- ally go “above and beyond” to enrich our school with both their time, and talents. They have all spent many “extra” hours contributing to the success of our children and we are so grateful. I, and the entire Whitmore Staff, wish you a very happy summer and hope that you enjoy your precious time during the summer with your children as much as we enjoyed our time with them during the school year. Living Museum Middle-School Living Museum was a huge success! Our audience en-joyed students’ efforts to research & represent artists, authors, celebrities, scientists, mathematicians, musi-cians, innovators, philanthropists, and persons of interest from both American and World History. Students shared their presentations and explained their extension, whether it is a recitation, a painting, a movie, or another creation that reflects both their personal interest and their subject.

This was a collaborative effort by the following teachers: Mrs. Knudsen, Ms. Genty, Ms. Mazzera, Mr. Hutsell, Ms. McDonald, Mrs. Sandavol, Ms. Casillas, Ms. Benge, Mrs. Lloyd, Mrs. Berger and Mr. Hunn.
