REPORTING SEMESTER 1

In keeping with the guidelines issued to us by the Department of Education, the Semester 1 reports will look different than in previous years. They will reflect your child’s learning progress and will identify the areas that will be of focus in semester 2. There will be no A-E scale for achievement and the reports will reflect the at home learning and school based learning that has taken place. We will be distributing them to you in Week 1 of term 3 and will then schedule learning planning meetings for Week 2 if restrictions allow us to do so. If you have any questions regarding this process please send a message via Class Dojo or class the office.

K/1/2 NEWS

K/1/2 have had a wonderful start back to school. All the students are happy to be back and are

enthusiastic about their new learning. In Science and Technology this term we are learning

about living things. We have our very own collection of Dung Beetles in our classroom. We

have been studying them and learning how to make Google Slide presentations to show our

learning.

We have also been learning all about money. We have our own little shop in the classroom, and

this helps us to practice counting money.
