Conclusion All in all it’s a good machine if you
just want to workout at your house. It does target the areas of getting lean muscle and getting in shape but with the types of exercises it offers you can’t really expect to get to much bigger and stronger its just mainly for getting toned. You have to be careful while using the machine because it is kind of unstable and that may cause an injury.
