Vinyls

One-Way Vision Self-Adhesive VinylDigitally printed one way vision is designed for windows and is used to obscure vision looking in, •

but still allows for light coming in and vision looking out using small perforated holes Ideal for the rear windows of vehicles, and adding privacy to windows •

Digital print is visible on the outside. The reverse of the vinyl is black, visible on the inside •Gloss lamination is optional and offers graphic longevity, but may reduce visual appearance due to the perforations •


Reverse Printed Self-Adhesive Vinyl & Window StickersDigitally reverse printed self-adhesive clear vinyl is primarily adhered to glass internally, to be read externally •

Ideal for glass, acrylics and any smooth clean transparent surfaces •Indoor & outdoor use •

As four colour process prints appear semi-transparent on clear vinyl, the print is laminated in white vinyl to make the graphic opaque •

Vehicle Graphics

Large Scale LogosLarge scale logos or imagery are a common vehicle design preference, making use of the latest materials and vehicle area •

to achieve maximum impact The vinyl used depends on the graphic and its colours, and the curvature of the vehicle •

Using a solid colour cast vinyl over small curves keeps the big impact with a low cost •A printable wrapping vinyl may indur a higher cost, but punches the graphic out from the vehicle, for maximum visibility •

Cut Vinyl LetteringApplying cut vinyl lettering to vehicles is the simplest form of vehicle graphics •

Can be fitted to any clean smooth paintwork on any car, van, lorry, industrial vehicle, caravan - just about any vehicle! •Coloured self-adhesive vinyl is contour cut to logos, text, or shapes and layered colour by colour onto the vehicle •

Colours are limited to the 60 polymeric solid colours, or 84 cast solid colours, of which include a variety of PMS colours •High curved areas should be avoided in the design to reduce distortion and shrinkage of the vinyl •

Printed Logo & PhotosApplying digitally printed vinyl, including logos and photos is the next step up to cut vinyl lettering on vehicles •

Printed vinyls add the element of images, shading and gradients in colour, offering more flexibility within the design •The vinyls can be print and contour cut (as per the photo to left), incorporating the shape of the van into the design •

Graphics can be printed onto polymeric printable vinyl or wrapping printable vinyl:- •Polymeric vinyl is cheaper but should avoid curved areas of the vehicle

Wrapping vinyl is more costly but will mold around most curves on the vehicle
