Provides counts and frequencies of a variety of infant and maternal care data elements: • Infant (Does not include NICU/SCN data) • Maternal These reports do not contain comparator hospital data

Key points!

• “Acknowledged” data is most reliable • Get to know you reports. Each type of report

provides a different perspective ie breastfeeding

• For profile reports if < 3 comparator sites have not acknowledged there will be no comparators visible

• Select time frame: daily, weekly, monthly, Quarterly, fiscal, calendar

FAQs Key Indicator reports, what does ‘% Valid’ data refer to? The % Valid excludes records with any missing or unknown data for the denominator used to calculate these percentage values, as described in the footnotes for each Key Indicator table

If a hospital user modifies data in records for a month that has already been acknowledged for submission, do they have to re-acknowledge the data for this month? No. If a user makes changes to records from a month of data that has already been acknowledged, it will be assumed that changed made to data were complete and have been verified.

Hospital clinical reports all have a one day lag in reflecting any changes to data. You will be reminded of this one day lag in the Clinical Report Tab.

• Maternal Newborn Dashboard : KPI 4 : Elective Repeat CS in low risk women at term performed prior to 39 weeks gestation with no medical indication

• Robson Cesarean Section Monitoring : Rate of CS by Robson Classification

• Maternal Patient Experience/Encounter Lists : these spreadsheet format reports can be used to filter and examine individual records/data
