Welcome!We’re happy to welcome you to the sixth edition of our Borefts BeerFestival. The festival grounds are spread over 2 locations, the first beingour brewing site. The attending breweries will be positioned both on thein- and outside of the facility. Other marvellous breweries are ready andwaiting on the parking lot just next door. The restaurant (for the beerdinner) and beer shop are both at our original location in the old mill. Inother words: you’ll be paying every site a visit, whether you like it ornot! A grand total of 19 breweries are attending this year, representing 8different countries. We can offer more than 175 beers, ranging fromlight and easy-drinking to strong and complex. From sweet to sour, orfrom bitter to spicy. There’s something for everyone! We sincerely hopeyou’ll have just as much fun at the festival as we did setting it up foryou.

The Borefts Team

Beer shopThe shop in the old mill is open for business from 11:00h until 23:00h.Beers from attending breweries are available in the store, along withmore than 700 others, including De Molen. Please keep in mind thatonly a limited amount of people can squeeze into the shop at once.Ended up buying more than you could carry home? We ship to allEuropean countries. For more info: ask our shopkeeper. Cash payments,PIN debit card, Mastercard and VISA all accepted. We do not offer cashwithdrawal.

FoodThose who have or want to purchase tickets for the BBF DinnerSpecial can go to the old windmill. Please make sure to arrive in time,our chef counts on it! Or pay a visit to our food court for all yoursnacking needs. A wide variety of local dishes and cheeses are on offer.Most of the food is made with beer!

WaterDuring the festival we advise you to drink plenty of water. Not only willyou prevent dehydration, but it also cleanses your palate. Taps withbrewing water are available troughout the festival area.

Coffee, soft drinks and wineNot a beer fan? Stuck in the designated driver’s seat? A selection ofcofee, fizzy drinks and wine is available this year.

Beer-CaféFriday and Saturday night from 22:00h until 00:00h the bar in the millwill be open for those who want to stick around just a little longer.There's WIFI available in the bar btw.

TrainsBodegraven has trains in the direction of Utrecht and Leiden, at :15 pastthe hour and :45 past the hour. Continued half-hourly service until thelast trains at 00:45.

Borefts After Festival!

Our good friends at De Kaapse Brouwers have organized a third day ofBorefts called BAF! Borefts After Festival. De Kaapse Brouwers havetheir own 20 tap system but will be assisted by 9 other breweries fromthe low countries. These are Oedipus Brewing, Rooie Dop, BrusselsBeer Project, Kompaan Bier, vandeStreek-bier, Brouwerij 't IJ, Oersoep,Mommeriete and Ramses Bier.

De Kaapse Brouwers also host a well stocked beer bottle shop with onlythe interesting stuff, great food and has a beautiful view over Rotterdamcity, harbour and the river.

So, more than enough reason to travel to Rotterdam next Sunday.
