EXHIBITOR RULES AND REGULATIONS

BRAND / PRODUCT INFORMATION

Exhibitors that participated in our previous January 2020 show, have priority to lease the same location before February 28th, 2020.

Any change in the Exhibiting Company’s billing address, show directory information, brand names or products must be requested in writing.

AGREEMENT

Booths not booked before February 28th will be reassign byINTERMODA to another exhibitor without prior notice.Final reservation is only considered once booths are fully paid.No company will be allowed to take part in the Exhibition unlessall fees are paid in full, any exhibitor who fails to comply withpayment obligations on time will be subject to cancellation.In case of cancellation there will be no refund or paymentendorsement for further events.INTERMODA does reserves the right to modify, update and/orrevise booths location, terms and conditions at any momentwithout previous notice.By making full or advance payment the exhibitor agrees to take policy, terms and conditions stipulated by Intermoda.

Avoid being penalized or even banned from INTERMODA; pleasecomply with all the business negotiations agreed during or afterthe show.INTERMODA will not be responsible for any loss or scam outsideour show, do not incur or promote questionable businesses.This application is subject to acceptance and approval ofINTERMODA, as well as to the availability of space requested.Therefore, sending or receiving this request does not generateany obligations nor rights for either party.Above rates are subject to change.
