They endured the long bus ride and hit the challenging activities with eagerness and bravado. The students were up with the sunrise the first morning and enjoyed walking along the beach before breakfast. The high ropes had some nerves going when the ropes wiggled as they walked metres above the ground.The students showed great team work sailing around the lake and great initiative where they had to work together to solve problems. The infants students have enjoyed their time at school with cooking, swimming, a picnic and some craft activities. Next week Maddison and Hunter are going to Tamworth for the Regional Athletics to represent the Moree Zone. We wish them all the best in running and long jump. The Premier’s Spelling Bee will be next Friday. Oliver, Ruby, Georgie and William will be competing in the Rural Schools Video Conference competition on Friday. On Wednesday the teachers at Boomi will be participating in Quality Teaching Rounds to focus on improving their skills in the classroom.
