1.Introduction
1.1- Message from the MC
Hey AIESEC, are you ready to experience one of the most
important conferences of AIESEC in Brazil?
AIESEC is delivering a midterm ambition (2010 vision) and starting to implement a new
direction that will guide our organization for the next five years (2015 vision). It’s time to
celebrate our 2010 results and getting equipped for the first step of a new ambition. Also,
it’s time to make an important decision and choose the person that is going to lead this first
step, the MCP 11-12.
5
During this conference we have different audiences and people in different stages of
their AIESEC careers and lives. For EB 2011, it’s time to align the organization culture and
ambition and to get equipped to start the 2011 term, understanding deeper some
organizational concepts, the leadership meaning and some functional subjects. For the EB
2010, it’s time to reflect about their next steps, about their contribution as alumni and to the
world, and also to support the new EBs to start the year with a high performance. Finally, for
alumni, it’s time to get connected, engage with the organization and become really ambassadors of
AIESEC.
CONAL 2010 is coming soon! Leading beyond barriers!
