Join us for the celebration. This year we’re celebrating our

25th anniversary and 13,000,000th book. That’s right! Over the past 25 years we’ve given away 13,000,000 books to kiwi kids just like you. And we want to celebrate with a Duffy tour of

Aotearoa. That means a Duffy team will be in an area near you, in fact they may even be at your school. How cool would that be?! There’ll be all sorts

of activities, events and even prizes along the way. All you have to do is look out for when we’re in your area and then come on down and join us.

Can you tell a good story? As part of our celebration we’re running a story competition just for you guys.

All you have to do is simply write a short story and send into Duffy Books in Homes where a team of Duffy celebrities will judge and then select the best stories from right across the country. The winning stories will be made into

a special ‘Duffy Short Story’ book which will be published for everyone to read. There’ll be loads of prizes and giveaways and every story that doesn’t make it into the book will be put up online so the whole world

can see how talented all of our Duffy kids are.

So get your imagination helmets (if you have one) or better still, your thinking caps and start dreaming up a story that you’d love to

write about and we’d all love to read. Keep an eye out for more details from your teacher and who knows… you could be a WINNER.

All entries to be received by 9th August 2019 by email duffy@books in homes.org.nz

or post to Duffy Books in Homes, PO Box 132146, Sylvia Park, Auckland 1644
