Bonita Park is a Christ-centered ministry seeking to facilitate spiritual enrichment, social development, physical and mental renewal in a Christ-centered atmosphere encouraging worship, fellowship, meditation and reflection upon the Word of God. We host many different kinds of camps year round and are expanding as the years go by. The sleeping facilities accommodate 400 guests, and we have a variety of meeting space options including a tabernacle that seats 600. Our goal is to be the best that we can for our guests and we are continuously upgrading and updating because of that. We are planning to build more lodging and a new chapel in the coming years.

Maximum capacity for Family Style Lodging is 40 in each building,

RV PARK

• The RV Park has about 37 spaces and a

pavilion.

• The tent area can accommodate multiple

tents.

• RV Bath House, including showers, provided

during the summer months.

• Group leaders are welcome to check RV

Elk Run There are six cabins: A, B, C, D, E, & F

Each cabin includes two bedrooms with a queen bed in each, two full bathrooms, a kitchen, dining room, and living room.

Cabin A is one-level with a ramp entrance. Cabins B, C, D, E, & F are 2-level with upstairs bedrooms.

PREMIERE LODGING

Rate: $50 per cabin to add on to a group’s reservation.

There is an additional charge to add linens.

Rodes Memorial Located just within the entrance of Bonita Park Its central location and great amenities make it a very popular choice.

Rodes offers two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and another with two sets of bunk beds. Each bedroom has a bathroom. There’s a full kitchen as well as a living room and dining table.

Zipline tower Zipline: Climb 47 feet to a platform and then ride

down a 500 foot cable and get caught at the end by

one of our trained staff. Ask about Night Zip!

Outdoor Rock Wall: Rock Climb 65 ft. to the top

and then descend back down the wall

Rappelling: Another way down the tower!

Equipment and instructions are provided by trained staff

Bonita Park offers a wide array of activities

to help enhance your event

Events Center Indoor Rockwall: Choose from 14 different roped climbs, or try our

un-roped bouldering wall. Ask about having a glow party!

Leap of faith: Climb 28ft. up in the air and make a leap to grab

either a trapeze bar or punching bag and slowly descend on an auto belay

system. Cheer on your group as they make the jump!

Basketball & volleyball: 2 regulation sized courts with removable nets

Activities: Skip the stairs and go down the slide, have a Gaga Ball or Nine

Square tournament, play ping pong and carpet ball, or beat your friends in

giant chess—there are so many options for endless fun!

Snack shack: Available on request for extra hungry campers in the evenings

Equipment and instructions are provided by trained staff

Indoor Pool & hot tub: 30 ft. by 60 ft. enclosed, heated pool.

Challenge Course: A series of exercises facilitated by our skilled staff in order to challenge

your group to work as a team, bond, build trust, communicate, and gain leadership skills.

Sand Volleyball: Conveniently located next to Morris Center.

Disc Golf: 9-hole course through the lower camp (Equipment provided at Camp Office).

Pat’s mini putt: 18-hole mini putt course (Equipment provided at Camp Office).

Hiking: Explore the scenic nature trails in Lincoln National Forest.

High ropes: Harness up and traverse from tree to tree while building confidence

encouraged by our friendly staff.

Playground area: An outdoor area for smaller children to enjoy located in the center of

the camp.

Archery Tag: Team up and shoot foam-tipped arrows at your friends in our Archery Tag

arena. Similar to dodgeball rules, if you get hit you’re out—last team standing wins.

Amphitheaters & Fire pits: Recommended for outdoor meetings or campfires, to roast

marshmallows in the evenings and to share what God is doing. We have one large

amphitheater with a capacity of up to 200 and two smaller fire pits with a capacity to host up

to 100. Our staff will start and extinguish the fire for you and supply firewood.

Activity days Wanting to do activities with us but sleep in

your own bed at night?

We offer activity days for groups of various sizes with both half day & full day rates, not including

meals or lodging. Contact our office to find out availability.

No cooking by guests is allowed (unless you are staying in Elk

Run Cabins). Please conserve energy by turning off lights

when rooms are not in use and keeping doors closed in

winter months.

Tobacco use is not permitted in any of the camp

buildings or on the grounds.

No alcoholic beverages, fireworks, firearms or hunting

are allowed on the grounds.

Males and females are not allowed in each other’s rooms.

Minimum counselor ratio for youth groups is one counselor per 10 youths.

Noise is to be controlled after 10 pm to respect the privacy of other groups using the facilities.

Buildings and grounds are to be left reasonably clean with all trash placed in the wastebaskets.

Any damage, discharged fire extinguishers, or lost/damaged equipment will be paid for by the responsible group.

Pets are not allowed at Bonita Park.

Vehicles are not to exceed 10 MPH—and must remain on existing roads only.

Off-road vehicles may be used for transportation purposes only—not for recreational use on the grounds.

Only licensed drivers are authorized to operate vehicles on the grounds.

Please do not allow passengers to ride on the outside of the vehicles or in truck beds.

Parking is available around lodging and meeting room facilities; please do not park in the loading area behind the dining hall.

Swimming is only allowed in the pool area. NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY - As in all activities we require one adult leader for every ten guests under age 18.

Modest swimming attire for both males and females is required and should be made of non-revealing material with no cutouts (i.e. one piece suits). All other swimsuits must be covered with a dark colored T-shirt. Swimwear for guys must be of the boxer trunk style.

Swimwear is ONLY allowed in the pool area.

Cover-ups or T-shirts must be worn to and from the pool area. Always dress according to Christian modesty.

The pond and lake are unsafe for wading or swimming and are not patrolled.

Campfires are allowed only in the designated areas and must be requested before arrival. The Bonita Park staff must start and extinguish the fire. NO OTHER OPEN FIRES ALLOWED.

A playground is located on the south side of Morris Center.

Parents are asked to supervise their children in this area.

Camp curfew is midnight. Respect camp boundaries and private cabins.
