A Bolttech pumping unit is not something you buy from hydraulic pump suppliers. It is a pumping unit designed and engineered specifically for Bolttech to accommodate the rigorous conditions a Torque wrench system must withstand. The difference?

Hydraulic torque wrenches require constant cycling, which destroys any standard off-the-shelf pump. They are also not used continuously for hours and hours, so heat build-up is rare. Most of the time, the pressure reading doesn’t even need to be precise. The Bolttech Pumping Unit fits the application. It is the most accurate, heavy-duty pump available. If applied in dusty environments, in heat or below zero, intermittently or continuously, it lasts!

Multiple-link-connect:

There are several different jobs that need to be accomplished on any given application. The quick disconnect feature allows one cylinder to be attached to either a conventional square drive link or newly developed hex link for the versatility you demand. The hydraulic cylinder can accept four separate links: square drive, ratcheting hex, nut splitter, and flange spreader. The operator can efficiently handle any application – less time, versatile efficiency, equals more money on the job.

Octopus series:

The octopus series sub sea tensioning system was created to satisfy both the environment and the diver.

As a result of our extensive research and develop-ment, we were able to develop this new product which boasts these enhanced features: Manufactured from high-strength corrosion-resistant stainless steel. Fluorescent anti-slip gripping surface compact design quick-release reaction nut with spherical interface dual hydraulic ports 30mm stroke. Lifting strap 100% water based-system, no hydraulic oil! The quick-release reaction nut allows for quick and easy removal and installation to long bolts and damaged threads. With the introduction of our exclusive water-based system, Bolttech is the first company to deliver green bolting technology to this environmentally sensitive market.
