The Bread of Life Mission exists to overcome the cycle of homelessness in men’s and women’s lives through a Christ-centered complete recovery model.

The Bread of Life Mission has been helping Seattle’s homeless community for over 70 years.

Our MinistryThe Bread of Life Mission focuses on three levels of service to our guests, with a goal of helping each individual break the cycle of homelessness.

Rescue ServicesProviding the essentials to sustain the daily existence for the homeless community in the Seattle area.

Life Change Program

Transitional Opportunity: Heroes

• Heroes catering is a social service business that provides box lunches to Seattle’s business district and World Vision in Federal Way.

• Provides practical work and communication skills to men who are transitioning into a healthy living pattern after years of homelessness and addiction.

 • Fosters the confidence necessary to

re-acclimate into a productive society by developing work and life skills through training, mentoring, love and support from the Heroes staff.

Bread of Life Mission provides a range of life-changing services which helps each individual productively reengage with the community.

The Continuing NeedOn January 29th, starting at 12:00 AM, volunteers counted the homeless people on the streets in Seattle and King County. The Bread of Life Mission is committed to lowering these numbers.
