Bollywoods Top Ten films

Good times are back again for Bollywood Mumbais Hindi film industry which

was facing a slack in the last few years with very few blockbusters releases and stillfewer that grossed box office collections. However, things have taken a turn for the

better and one can easily make out the upward trend of Hindi films and the number

of hits at the box office. Though the first half of the year did not have any major hits,other than No One Killed Jessica, the second half has been brighter with quite a few

Close on the heels of Bodyguard are Zindagi Na Mil

Dobara and Singham. Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara, a multi starrerand shot extensively in Spain has been directed by Zoya Akhtar

and the film was marked because of Hrithik Roshanoutstanding performance and

his on-screen chemistry with

Katrina Kaif. Singham byRohit Shetty was another

remake of a Tamil film which

had Ajay Devgn as a fearlesscop. The actions in the film

were mind blowing and the film did good

business at the box office. Yash Raj Films

light hearted romantic comedyMere BrotherKi Dulhan that has Katrina Kaif, Imran Khan

and Ali Zafar in the lead roles had a decent

opening and is doing equally decent business.The film was noted due to Katrina Kaifs

exceptional performance. Aarakshan,

another socio-political drama by Prakash Jhathat has Amitabh Bachchan, Deepika Padukone and Saif Ali Khan in the lead

roles had an average opening, but is a must-watch for Big Bs performance. The

entire lead cast has come up with outstanding performances in this film.
