North Luzon Expressway Phase 3 JV in the Philippines: We led the feasibility study and providedtraffic & revenue forecasting, economic appraisal, financial modelling. Client: Private developer

Sponsors / lenders traffic advisor for the potential purchase of expressways in Indonesia andMalaysia: We undertook a peer review of the existing concessionaires traffic and revenue forecastsand produced our own independent forecasts. 

Malaysia toll road situation study: We undertook a review of all the toll roads in Malaysia andprovided forecasts on six of the preferred toll roads. 

Produced forecasts and undertook economic appraisal on several planned toll roads in Indonesia: Client: Indonesian Infrastructure Guarantee Fund & the Rebel Group

General Santos Fishing Port PPP pre­feasibility study in the Philippines: project preparation servicesand leadership. Client: Encourage Capital, Rockefeller Foundation and Bloomberg Philanthropies.

Georgia East West Highway Corridor Development Project – Private Sector Participation and Long­Term Financial Sustainability Options: We will undertake an extensive traffic survey programme,produce a traffic model of the highway corridor and consider options for raising revenue Client:World Bank (GIF).
