Seeding method of hill seeding · drill seeding

Seeding method of hill seeding at paddy field (rice, bean etc.)1. Preparation of appropriate paddy field and seeds.

2. Seeder aligns to length space and seeding valley. Our seeder have V, U type of seeding valley which can adjust a length space for 10~80Cm.

3. The upper discharge roller “rice” is placed in the range.

4. At the lower discharge roller adjust to hill seeding, lever 1(left) to 2~3 place, lever 2(right) to 3~4 place in the range.

5. Screw of seeder should be set down slightly below seeding surface. (Screw should be lowered about 3~5Cm then seeding surface.)

6. After operating the tractor’s PTO, you should check the seeder’s certain position before to the road.

1. Seeding valley changes to the drill seeding type.

2. Aligns drill seeding to discharge’s system of lower multi-discharged device with left · right to the bottom line.

3. Seeding rate adjusted to the proper position

It can open the ditch every 5~6rows for optimum moisture supply of pregerminated rice seeds enable to drain water and/or rainny, form the ridge and sow the seeds with hill type simultaneously, improve high seedling establishment, save water and reduce lodging.

Customized core techniques for wet hill seeding rice cultivation.

Select cultivar: Select a high-quality rice breed which is resistant to excellent lodg-ing.

Prepare a paddy field: Seeding a fertilizer(recommended application rate) before 4~6days, soil preparation uniformly and drain a water before seeding 1~2days.

Seeding: After a few sprouting buds(1mm), 5~7 seeds will task of hill seeding.

Water management after seeding: It should not give water 7~10days but rice seed is too dry or reclaimed land needed irrigation in the short.

Period of weed control: Shortly after paddy field harrowing and when rice grow 2~3 leaves, should be applied herbicides at the time.

Period of drain water completely before harvesting: drain water more 5 days lately than transplanting cultivation.(45days after coming out in panicles)

Preparation of seed: Use 1mm pre-germinated seeds with removed awn and dry naturally at shady and dry place as long as there is no moisture.

Processing: Plowing → Harrowing → Drain water → Seeding

Prepare a paddy field: Similar to traditional transplanting conditions that should be no standing water, Usually after 3~4 days paddy field tasks managed by little bit of stiff then you can see the maximum effect.

Preparation of seed: Remove the awn, Use clean seeds.

Processing: Rotary task uniformly + Preparation of seed → Seeding.

Prepare a paddy field: After seeding, should make a ditch to facilitate drainage.
