Engineering Data for Memograph "Boiler Software"
This sheet enables you to order the Memograph M pre-programmed to your needs
Memograph M has the possibility of 20 freely configuralble inputs in 4 slots
For the Boiler monitoring solution you will need a maximum of 8 inputs = 2 slots, depending on your preferences
In order simplify the ordering and commissioning process, the different inputs are standardized:
Chanel 1-3 are for the fuel measurement
Chanel 4-6 are for the steam measurement
Chanel 7-8 are for the boiler feedwater measurement
The Math Channels are preset as defined below.
All you have to do is to connect the instruments to the below defined channels.
A lot of time and money is saved this way, because the programming can be made at the factory.
Fuel DataRecommendations for flowmeter selection for fuel metering:
Liquid fuel: Promass 80E or 80F for standard measuremnt, if viscosty measurement is needed use Promass 83I
Gaseous fuel: T-mass or Promass 80E/F

Calculated volumetric flowrate of steam in m3/h based steam flow rate on customer data sheet
This value can be used to estimate the range of the flow input of the of the Memograph M and the output of the Flowmeter. Use a value which is about 10-20% higher to be on the save side
