Brunch in Chicago reflects European culture and when spring hits our city, it comes to life. We hope brunch at Bohemian House embodies this.” Executive Chef Jimmy Papadopoulos and his culinary team have developed a menu that is a fresh and fun take on traditional European fare, with influences from the Czech Republic, Germany, Poland and Austria. Featuring a host of sweet and savory items, highlights include a selection of Czech- style Fruit and Cheese Pastries, Bavarian Apple Pancakes, Open Faced Pork Schnitzel Sandwich, House Cured Lox on Seeded Sourdough Toast and The Bohemian American, featuring two eggs any style, potato pancake and house knackwurst or bacon, to name just a few. “We are excited to offer brunch to our guests, not just because it’s another meal period to jump on, but it is going to give us another outlet to continue to define and evolve what a meal at BoHo is all about,” said Papadopoulos. “It’s a moment to slow down from life and connect with friends

Bohemian House serves a proprietary BoHo Blend by Chicagos Bow Truss Coffee, featuring notes of plum, fig, bourbon and cocoa, as well as a selection of non-alcoholic drinks such as Raspberry Basil Lemonade and Berry Mint Mojito. The signature morning libation is The Pick Me Up, a spiked iced coffee cocktail created in collaboration with Brian Frain, Bow Truss Coffee Director of Wholesale & Barista Education, featuring the proprietary Bow Truss BoHo Blend, rye whiskey, maple and fernet cream. Additional brunch cocktails include The Sun Also Rises (rum, St. Germain, luxardo, lemon, raspberry, egg white), Pulaski Smash (whiskey, lemon, passion fruit, green bell pepper, mint), as well as a Classic Mimosa with the choice of fresh squeezed orange, raspberry, passion fruit, blackberry and grapefruit juices, among others. Bohemian House is located at 11 W. Illinois Street in the River North neighborhood, and open daily for dinner, beginning at 5pm, and weekend brunch, on Saturdays and Sundays from 10am to 2pm.
