We know that your vacation is one of the most important highlights of your whole year, and we have put together a fabulous week to satisfy all of your senses.

Detailed programYou will have the chance to enjoy two BodyART™, DeepWORK™ or BAX sessions with both Robert and Nicole on most days.

Dawn welcomes you with a magnificent sunrise flooding into the valley and a wake up “Power Walk” for the early birds. After refuelling with a delicious smoothie bursting with nutrients, an invigorating and energising bodyART™ class awaits you.

Late afternoon classes will give you the opportunity to use up that final burst of energy followed by a last dip in the infinity pool or maybe a massage, then it is time to indulge in a well-earned dinner.

Detailed program (cont.)Each day will offer you a chance to fully enjoy the surrounding nature and beauty of this island, with an array of activities carefully interwoven into your week to allow you to spend your time with complete ease.

We will visit the local market at St Joan and explore the endless paths leading directly from the property to forests, groves, beaches, through orange and lemon tree plantations and learning about the natural fruits, seeds and plants that nature unconditionally offers on this plentiful island.

For animal lovers, there will be a chance for you to ride through the valley on horse back, kayak the crystal blue waters, exploring hidden coves and caves and wander the old town of Eivissa enjoying a typical dinner in a local Ibizan restaurant.

Organic and seasonal cuisineOur private Chef will offer you a feast of delights at brunch and dinner. The menu will be plentiful, and include, vegan, vegetarian, raw food fused with local Ibizan Cuisine – there is something for all taste buds! All food is organically and locally produced, offering you a real taste of Ibiza!

About Nicole GibbardNicole was born and raised in England, spending her earlier years growing up with horses and other animals and enjoying many different sports as a child. Having lived in Luxembourg and Switzerland, she also speaks French and German.

Her love for nature and being outdoors has fuelled her passion for hiking, cycling, snowboarding, horse riding, kayaking, swimming, camping and any opportunity for adventure.

Her big focus and passion for yoga has led her to offer yoga personal training, workshops and run retreats and fitness holidays in various locations around the globe.

Since ����, Nicole has been working with Robert Steinbacher and Alexa Le (creators of the BodyARTTM School, www.bodyartschool.com), developing new concepts, organizing retreats, presenting at Conventions and is currently the BodyARTTM Educator for Luxembourg and England.

Nicole delights in reminding people of the basic essentials of living, leading them deeper into joy, happiness and a new lease of life.

About Robert SteinbacherRobert was a former gymnast and started his carrier as a dancer and choreographer in one of the most popular dance academies in New York City. Since then, he has been exposed to over �� years of international experience as educator, presenter and choreographer.

As a movement therapist he created the BodyARTTM training system. The latest training concept he created is BAX, and prior to that, the fitness worlds epic boom DeepWORKTM, which offers a holistic functional training combined into a unique movement experience, with bursts of cardio interval .

He is the founder of one of Europe's biggest movement and mind centers (www.bodyartschool.com) which has educated over �.��� instructors and bodyworkers worldwide.

Like nobody else, Robert’s creativity and charisma, professional knowledge and vast array of unique experiences reaches all levels of society and exceeds fitness expectations across the globe.
