Lakewood Ranch Boulevard. (±280.61 acres).

RECOMMENDED MOTION:
Based upon the staff report, evidence presented, comments made at the Public Hearing.
the action of the Planning Commission, and finding the request to be CONSISTENT with
the Manatee County Comprehensive Plan and the Manatee County Land Development
Code, as conditioned herein, I move to ADOPT Manatee County Zoning Ordinance No.
PDMU-00-01(G)(R); and APPROVE the General Development Plan with Stipulations #1
through #12.

PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION:
On August 10,2000, by a vote of 6 - 0, the Planning Commission recommended ADOPTION
of the revised general development plan.
PUBLIC COMMENT/CORRESPONDENCE:
Ms. Brenda Goddard, spoke atthe August 10,2000 Planning Commission public hearing to
express concerns about traffic. There was no correspondence entered into the record for
this case at the public hearing.
