Business – Observation• The shop is located in the Dubai outlet

Mall, Ground Floor left wing area.• Area of 500 sq feet, deals in Kids Garment.• Kids wear starting from one month to 16

years,• Specially allocation of clothes from 1 – 3 –

6 12 months• Segregated the section by specifying the

age methodology. • They interiors of the shops were amazingly

designed.• The clothes are imported from India and

China.• Products rang from socks to fashion

apparels for kids• Price range from 10 – 400 dhms.

• Clothes from infant babies to 16 years.

• Good range in Colours and price.

• Different style and options are available.

• Product can be identified with kids.

• Only focus on kids garments.

• Store is located on edge.• Segregation is done on age

methodology.• Lighting was very good.• Display was done according

to the products.• Glasses are used instead of

walls.• For attracting Kids the above

wall was painted like balloons.

• Lots of Soft toys were showcased.

• Much emphasis is given to the design of the store that directly relates to the product.

• Store attendants were very courteous.

Critical Analysis• Too much of resources.• Not much emphasis on the sales front as the

stores are more emphasized on the presence in the Mall as Brand awareness.

• The staff doesn’t seems to be target oriented.• No Trial Room.• No loyalty programs.• Some toys like small cars should be kept to

keep kids involved.
