Scene 1: “ In the street”

Jock Gray: Come on Bobby! It’s time to workBobby: Woof,woof!A woman shouts “Help, Help!! “Jock Gray: Look Bobby! Someone needs help.Bobby runs fast to help the woman. Bobby holds the thief again the wall.(Jock Gray arrives).Jock Gray: Good boy! You are a brave dog!The woman thanks Bobby.

Scene 2: “ At the restaurant”Bobby’s favourite restaurant was Ramsay’s Coffee House.Skye terriers eat almost anything and Bobby was no exception.Jock Gray: Come on Bobby. Let’s sit by the fire.Bobby: Woof, woof!Waiter: Good morning sir!Jock Gray: Good morning!Waiter: What would you like to have?Jack Gray: Can I have a cup of tea please?Waiter: Yes. Anything else?Jock Gray: No, thanks.Bobby: Woof, woof! Jock Gray: Oh sorry! Can I have a bit of sausage for Bobby?Bobby: Woof, woof!! ( Bobby is very haapy)

Scene 3: “ In the churchyard”

Jock Gray had to work many hours. He worked very hard. He got very sick and he died. Bobby never forgot him and came to visit him everyday.Jame Brown was the caretaker of the churchyard.

Jame Brown: What are you doing here again?Bobby: Woof,woof!Jame Brown: I told you, Dogs are not allowed in Churchyards. ( He points at a notice where is written “NO DOGS”).Bobby: Woof, woof! Jame Brown: Go away!Bobby: Woof woof !I am not! Try to catch me!(Jame Brown tries to chaise him but he can’t.)

Day after day, Bobby would come to visit its master, James Brown would try to catch it, but It would be impossible.At the end, he realised Bobby was Jock Gray’s dog, and he saw how faithftully this dog was, sleeping next to his master tomb and he let Bobby to stay near its master’s tomb and he would give Bobby food.

SCIENCE Identifying the characteristics of animals.

Classifying: wild and domestic animals.

Animals physical appearance

Activity 1:

- Give students pictures of different animals. They will have to classify them into wild and domestic animals.

Activity 2:-Working in groups, they will have to make a new classification about the habitats where these animals live. Then they will paste the pictures in a big poster.

Activity 3:-Give a group of students a set of word cards with the vocabulary related to animals parts. They will have to draw all the animals they know with these parts.

ARTS AND CRAFTS To make crafts related to the topic using different

techniques and materials.

Activities:

• Making a dog using pipe-cleaners.

Making a bobbys hat using a balloon and maché paper.

Activity 2: -Mingling activity, each student will have a card (feathers, wings, beak, etc.) Asking and answering “ to have” questions, they will try to find another students to build up a complete animal (tail, fur, whiskers= cat)-Activity 3 : -Picture dictation . This activity is aimed to create a pet for the class. The students will dictate to the teacher how it will be, as she will draw it on the blackboard or IWB (“it has purple eyes, it has long ears”)
