B. Motion to approve the Predoctoral Internship Agreement between The Pennsylvania State
University and The Central Intermediate Unit 10 – approval of the agreement for training and
supervision of school psychologist intern, Alicia Fischer, for the 2019-20 school year

District for the 2019/2020 Central Intermediate Online Learning Association (CIOLA)

E. University of Pennsylvania – Agreement for CIU 10 to offer University of Pennsylvania's Penn

G. Riverview Intermediate Unit 6 – Riverview Intermediate Unit 6 will provide Physical Therapy
services one day to CIU 10 at Soaring Heights Clearfield – April 25, 2019 through May 30, 2019
– Services will be provided at the rate of $633.11 a day – An increase of 6% will be added to
account for increases in salary and benefit costs – Initial approval by way of Policy 003 - Board

H. Hoonuit - Act 89 Services - Subscription service with Hoonuit for 3 years, CIU 10 will pay
$1,493.50 per year. This will give all CIU 10 employees access to a variety of online professional
learning opportunities, including school safety, digital citizenship, information security,
instructional design, social and emotional learning, and software applications among other
topics. Total disbursement over three years is $4,480.50
Agreements:
I. Bucks County Intermediate Unit 22 – Agreement for Bucks County Intermediate Unit to
provide overall coordination of the Computational Thinking in Action (CTiA) program, including
acting as a liaison with the University of Pennsylvania and all lntermediate Unit partners. Meet all
requirements of the PAsmart Advancing Grant to ensure procurement of grant funds – CIU 10
will receive funds from BCIU in order to provide training and guidance to Glendale Area School
District for the CTiA Program - $2,500.00 (to be received from Bucks County Intermediate 22)
