P.O. Box 6475, Chandler, AZ 85246| chandlersymphony.com Dear Business Owner or Manager, You are reading this letter because you have the foresight and interest in considering a unique advertising opportunity. The Chandler Symphony Orchestra has been serving the Greater Chandler area since 1993 with the finest in classical music, free of charge to the public. One hundred professionally trained volunteer musicians perform five Classics concerts and a Pops concert each year, on the main stage of the Chandler Center of the Arts. We will also perform two Chamber Music concerts to a smaller audience, now at the Chandler Community Center. All concerts are well attended by a loyal audience, sometimes filling every seat. You can take advantage of this audience by purchasing advertising space in our concert program. Ads are available for $250 to $2,500 for an entire season, and creation of your ad is included in this price, should you need it. Our programs are high quality, professionally produced booklets which are read through several times during a concert, then taken home by upwards of 6,500 individuals in our community between September and May each year. Along with the concert’s music listing and program notes, this audience views local businesses with whom they might need or want to engage with on a daily basis. Shouldnt this be you? Print advertising is just one of the sponsorship opportunities available to you. Also consider sponsoring an individual musician’s “chair.” Under that person’s name we would print your name or business name in every program*. Our Levels of Giving* range from a $50 “Prelude” donation all the way up to the “Symphony” level for a donation of $10,000 or more. And again, your name or business name would appear in each program under your chosen level. If you really want to make a splash, why not Sponsor a Concert? For just $5,000, we would include your name in all of our concert advertising leading up to that concert date, include a full page inside page ad for the entire season, and give you time at the beginning of the sponsored concert to tell the audience about your business and receive their thanks. Dear Business Owner or Manager,

You are reading this letter because you have the foresight and interest in

considering a unique advertising opportunity. The Chandler Symphony

Orchestra has been serving the Greater Chandler area since 1993 with

the finest in classical music, free of charge to the public. One hundred

professionally trained volunteer musicians perform five Classics concerts

and a Pops concert each year, on the main stage of the Chandler Center

of the Arts. We will also perform two Chamber Music concerts to a

smaller audience, now at the Chandler Community Center. All concerts

are well attended by a loyal audience, sometimes filling every seat.

You can take advantage of this audience by purchasing advertising space

in our concert program. Ads are available for $250 to $2,500 for an

entire season, and creation of your ad is included in this price, should

you need it. Our programs are high quality, professionally produced

booklets which are read through several times during a concert, then

taken home by upwards of 6,500 individuals in our community between

September and May each year. Along with the concert’s music listing

and program notes, this audience views local businesses with whom they

might need or want to engage with on a daily basis. Shouldn’t this be you?

Print advertising is just one of the sponsorship opportunities available to

you. Also consider sponsoring an individual musician’s “chair.” Under

that person’s name we would print your name or business name in every program*.

Our Levels of Giving* range from a $50 “Prelude” donation all the way

up to the “Symphony” level for a donation of $10,000 or more. And

again, your name or business name would appear in each program under

your chosen level.

If you really want to make a splash, why not Sponsor a Concert? For just

$5,000, we would include your name in all of our concert advertising

leading up to that concert date, include a full page inside page ad for the

entire season, and give you time at the beginning of the sponsored

concert to tell the audience about your business and receive their thanks.
