How To Operate The first time you use this machine, you need to position the label manually(-by moving the tag locator-1)When the round bottle has just finished wrapping ，the first tag, the tag locator must be at the beginning of the next tag.Then check if the tag locator is at the beginning of the next label. T.his will tell you if the last label has been wrapped
Applicable to label: label diameter,φ40mm-120mm(1.6"-4.7") (best for 75mm) label. The smallest label size: (width)25mm×(length)25mm (1"×1"); the largest label size: (width)150mm×(length)300 mm (6"×12").
Applicable to bottle: round bottles (not applicable to bottles of other shapes), PET bottles, plastic bottles, glass bottles, metal bottles and other materials bottles.
This semi-automatic round bottle labeling machine does not come with the function of printing the production date (the function of printing the production date can be additionally installed).

Common problems and solutions

Problems: During the labeling process, the distance between the two labels is unstable when the label is issued

Answer: The reason for the unstable distance between double labels, first check whether the label is too close or too far away from the round bottle of the product to be labeled. The bottle should be about 2 or 3 mm away from the label. If you cannot solve the problem of unstable spacing, you can directly consult the engineer of the labeling machine manufacturer.
NO.2Problems: The bottom paper often breaks
2. Whether the bottom paper of the label has broken marks, it may be that the bottom paper has been cut, be careful not to be cut

Answer: 1. First check whether the label is too thin, and the problem caused by it2. Whether the labelled bottle is very irregular or not round3. Check whether the peeling label board and the rubber-coated shaft are too close, because being too close will cause the label to wrinkle. Adjust the peeling label board. At the same time, there is a roller under the peeling label board and adjust it outward. Let the head of the label lean outside the encapsulation shaft4. Check whether each labelled bottle is wrinkled, if it happens occasionally, it is usually the cause of the bottle itself
