meeting anywhere in the world.The expense for this general meeting is a tax

deduction for the corporation.

How does this work?

• The trip must be booked and planned a minimum of 30 days in advance.

• A TICO registered travel agent must be used to book the arrangements.

• The trip must fall within 6 months of the corporations year end.

• All shareholders must be invited.• The trip can be up to two weeks in duration.
