General observations

» Housekeeping:

» Lights and PCs left

» ICT suite turned on 1st thing then off at the end of the day

» Kitchen staff turning sterilizers and hot cupboards on 1st thing.

» Lack of local ownership/skills heating controls settings

» Times and settings set incorrectly

» Analysis of AMR data to better understand energy

consumption. This is particularly useful for identifying

heating controls issues.

» Overheating and windows being opened when heating

is on

» Lack of control over Convector heaters

» Pessimistic frost settings

» Optimiser turning heating on too early

» Lack of compensation control
