If you are unsure of your ability to properly install a product, please have the product installed by your local motorcycle dealer. Rockfox takes no responsibility for damages caused by improper installation. All screws, bolts and nuts, including all replacement hardware provided by Rockfox, should be tightened to the torque specified in the OEM maintenance manual for your motorcycle. If no torque specifications are provided in the OEM maintenance manual, the following torques may be used: M6 – 9,6Nm; M8 –23Nm; M10 – 46Nm. All screws, bolts and nuts should be checked after driving the first 50 km to ensure that all are tightened to the proper torque. Medium strength liquid thread-locker (i.e., "Locktite") should be used to secure all screws bolts and nuts. Tools required: 6mm Allen key Contents: 1 x Left Side Rack 5mm Allen key 1 x Right Side Rack 13mm Spanner 1 x Rear Brace 1 x Left Bracket 1 x Right Bracket 10 x M8x20 Allen caps 1 x M8x55 Countersunk Allen caps Right Side Step 1 Remove Seat. BMW F800 GS Pannier Rack

Installation Guide

A qualified, experienced motorcycle technician should install Rockfox products. If you are unsure of your ability to properly install a product, please

Right Side

Step 1

Remove Seat.

Remove the standard BMW rear rack.

Step 2

Attach the right hand bracket under the seat, (Bracket is longer

to pass under the petrol tank.)

Do not taighten any bolts just yet

Step 3

Attach the Right hand Pannier frame using the countersunk bolt on the rear bracket.

Use the bolt taken from the BMW rear rack on the front hole.

Step 4

Attach the pannier frame to the previously

installed bracket using the supplied Bolt and

nut.

Step 5

Fix the two pannier frames together with the

supplied bolts and nutx.

Repeat Step 2, 3, 4 and 5 for the left hand side.

Step 6

Attach the rear brace between the two racks

with the supplied bolts and nuts.

Step7

Tighten all bolts.
