Who has access, where they located, have you used them? Does the Architect or General Contractor still have originals? Have you made modifications, renovations or changes…Are plans updated or changes
obtained? Are the plans you have initial drawings or “As Builts”? Have you changed the numbering / labeling of items such as “Room Numbers”, HVAC
numbers, etc…
