Advantages of the BPN Managed Service Model
IN-HOUSE MODEL• Single supplier complacency: slow response times, uncompetitive pricing
• Competitive tenders require full-time management and can lead to high levels of supplier fatigue or attrition unless suppliers are regularly kept updated.
