By: Kevin Bruce and C.J. BrightGIS December 6, 2007

Wonderland Station

Salem Depot

Boston

ObjectivesKnow where.. the best location for a subway station would be.The station would be located in only high population areas and high traffic congestion. The final map will have stations as well as the best route from Boston to south Salem.

Methods and Data

Layers added: Census Tracts, Road as well as traffic data, Town and city layers, MBTA subway and commuter rail lines as well as stops, We selected census tracts based on population as well as high road congestion to decide where the subway stops would be best used.
