… or exhauster increases the pressure of the aspirated gasby the creation, in the peripheral toroidal channel, of aseries of vortex caused by the centrifugal thrust of theimpeller. Construction of the ring fans is based on thelateral ducts principle.
While the impeller is rotating, the vanes force the gasforward and, because of the centrifugal thrust, outwards,producing a helical motion.
During this motion, the gas is recompressed repeatedlywith a conseguent linear pressure increase along thelength of the channel. The blowers cab operate either asexhauster or compressor fans and are designed forcontinuous service.
The Side Channel Blower…
n Full die-cast aluminum constuction grants themaximum sturdiness and flexible operation.
n The Side Channel Blower are suitable for all thoseapplications requiring considerably higher pressuersthan that which can be achieved using centrifugalfans.
n Side channel exhausters are used in all thoseapplications requiring an operating vacuum higherthan the achievable by a fan, but not as high as torequire the use of a vacuum pump.
n No lubrification is needed since there is no contactbetween static and rotating parts.
n The gas moving through the machine thereforeremains uncontaminated and completely oil-free.

AdvantagesDescriptionn Casing and impellers are made of aluminium alloy.n The standard machines for air are manufacturated
in the so-called «CLOSE COUPLED» version; i.e. aflange mounted electric motor is bolted to themachine casing. The impeller, which is dynamicallybalanced, is fitted directly onto the motor shaftextension.
n The two-pole electric motors, designed forcontinuous operation, are available in three phasefor all the powers shownin the catalogue and insingle phase. They are manufactured according toIEC Specifications.
n The machines meet the requirements of theEuropean Directives 2006/42 (Machines), 2006/95(Low Voltage), 2004/108 (ElectromagneticCompatibility) and the applicable harmonisedStandards.
n For the handling of gases other than air, e.g. steam,industrial gases and mixture of explosive gases,special gas tight units can be manufactured.
n In case of corrosive gases, all the internal parts canbe treated or lined with protecting coatings.

Fine bubble membrane air diffusers
Membrane air diffusers: rubber surface with microholesthat act like one valve, dilating themselves in order to letout the air but closing up once the flow is interruptedpreventing to the water to enter.
