THE RATTLESNAKE BARA cozy, inviting bar with the warm glow of honey onyx, rich mahogany-paneled walls inlaid with leather, golden resin art, glass chandeliers in a clustered cowhorn design and contemporary western-themed sofas and barstools. The bar itself has a rail of rattlesnake, with a prominent rattlesnake head on one end and a rattlesnake tail on the other end. DEAN’S KITCHENGuests can dine at wooden tables with leather-upholstered benches and chairs or sit ringside while watching the action in the lively kitchen beneath rawhide chandeliers. Design elements such as the Jerusalem limestone flooring, vibrant red tiles and frosted-art glasspanels add distinct visual interest to the kitchen area. Nearby sits an elevated chef’s table, offering multiple indoor and outdoor views of the restaurant and Chef Dean Fearing as he mingles with patrons.

THE WINE CELLARAn intimate, private setting with a vaulted stone-brick ceiling and rustic chandeliers centered by a display of 6,000 bottles of wine behind surrounding glass walls that, with the flick of a switch, can be rendered opaque. The space can accommodate up to 16 guests at a long, custom-built oak table, carved from a single tree.
