1. On Tuesday, January 14, 2014, Chief Edwin Cooke attended the Delaware Chiefs' Council meeting held at the Dover Police Department in Dover, Delaware.

2. On Tuesday, January 14,2014, Chief Edwin Cooke attended the SALLE and EIDE Grant meeting held at the Dover Police Department in Dover, Delaware.

3. On Wednesday, January 15, 2014, Chief Edwin Cooke attended the Sussex County Police Chiefs' Association meeting held at the Bay Leaf Restaurant in Milton, Delaware.

4. Two (2) new potential hires as Blades Police Department recruit police candidates are in the final phase of the applicant process. The Delaware State Police and 78th Municipal Class starts Monday, February 24,2014.
