It’s time to order your 2019-2020

Blackwater Community School yearbook!

They will be $10.00 per book.

Books will be available for purchase and pickup in the office on and after

May 20th.

Please keep in mind that there is a limited number of books so they are first come first serve.

If you would like to reserve and secure your yearbook prior to May 20th, please stop by the office with your payment between 7:30 am and 1:00 pm Monday through Friday.

Student enrollment packets for the 2020/21 school year will be mailed out to returning students the week of 4/27– please keep an eye out for them and return them to the office at your earli-est convenience. New student applications will also be available in the front office.

Dear Parents and Guardians

I would like to thank each one of you for your continuing support to our school and a strong commitment to play an active and engaging role in the education of your child. As you know our instructional staff have been putting their lesson plans together to en-sure the maintenance of continuity of academic instructions to all our students. These next two weeks, assignments will be online and can be accessed through internet by visiting our school’s website located at: https://www.bwcs.k12.az.us and look under “My Teacher” and “My Work” tabs on the navigational menu.

Secondly, I would like to remind you that all assignment packets that have been deliv-ered to your child are due back in order for our teachers to start grading those complet-ed assignments. Our school stays open Monday-Friday from 7:30am till 1:00pm and an-swering services are available till 3:30pm. School administration remains available by phone and emails Monday-Friday at our regular school times.

We have two counselors available to help out any student needing help, please give us a call at the school, we will be glad to setup an appointment via phone and or video con-ference with the needy child and or his/her family.

As far as construction at the school is concerned, it is going very well. The crew has started interior framing in two of the three buildings and one double story building is getting ready for the roofing part. You may want to check out videos and still images that have been posted on our school’s website. We are getting very excited to see the construction progress on daily basis. Our tentative plan is to move into the new class-rooms sometimes in October of this year.

This is a just a friendly reminder that if you have prepaid for the school pictures of your child, please come and pick up the picture packets for your child from the front office.
