BITT POLYTECHNIC Digital Campus, Smart Students Getlatu, Ranchi-835217 BITT-G/NOTICE/2021-22/ 9992 Dated: 08/06/2021 NOTICE (Regarding Examination Form Submission of Backlog Subject of Old Syllabus) The Students are hereby Informed with reference to the JUT Letter No. JUT-43/2018/385Ex, Date 02/06/2021 and the College Notice No. BITT-G/NOTICE/2021-22/9981. That the JUT has issued some guidelines for the students with its letter No. JUT-43/2018/388Ex Dated 07/06/2021. The Examination Form is Filled by the Students online instead of offline. The details Guidelines are as Follows – 1. To Fill the Examination Form of the respective subject online the students used to submit the form at the authorized website of JUT GYAN JYOTI. 2. The Previous Students of Session 2015-16 need to submit all the required field correctly and then submit. The Students of 2015-2016 and after that will get all the Information after submitting the serial no./ref. no. they are required to submit the subject and subject code. The students after submitting the examination form online need to submit the PDF of generated Examination Form, Challan Copy and the Email Copy of No dues. At link https://forms.gle/mFMtyYBvkSpJxh1b7. 3. There is no requirement for form fill-up for semester 3 rd & 5 th the Exam Form is already submitted and verified by the college. 4. The rest process is as per the college Notice No. BITT-G/NOTICE/2021-22/9981 The Students are advised to submit / clear all types of dues before submitting the examination form, No Examination Form is verified under dues and the students may have missed the opportunity of appearing in examination and cleaning the backlog subjects. NOTICE Regarding Form Submission of 1st & 6th Semester
All the Students of old Syllabus (MSBTE) who have interval of 6 years / completed 6 years are hereby informed
that the JUT with its letter JUT-43/2018/385 Ex, Date 02/06/2021, has invited students to submit Examination
Forms if they have backlog in any semester starting from 1st Semester to 6th Semester.
Following are the schedule for submission of Examination Form –
1. Date of Form Submission – 14th June to 17th June 2021
2. Date for Submission of Examination Form at JUT – 22th June 2021
3. Fee for Examination
For one Subject: Rs. 500/-
For two Subject: Rs. 750/-
For more than two: Rs. 1000/-
Students are informed to clear all dues till 13.06.2021 non clearance of dues may result no verification of
Examination Form from college.
