NEW MENU FROM DAVID TOUTAIN AT HERITAGE LE CHÂTEAUOn the 19th of December, the new menu of the starred Chef David Toutain was launched during an exceptional dinner gathering about a hundred guests who had the chance to discover the new culinary universe proposed by the Chef.; Red snapper fillet with combava, Poached prawns with Vadouvan spices and also a venison filet, praline choux and pear. To accompany these delicious dishes, a selection of great wines was proposed by our sommelier.

From “Gifted Chef” to “The Rising Star of Paris”, there is no shortage of superlatives to describe David Toutain’s talent. After so much success, the French Chef, since one year, embarked on the new challenge of curating twelve dishes for the Heritage le Château menu using local products and inspired by Mauritian flavours.

THE NEW IN-VILLA DINING MENU AT HERITAGE THE VILLASDiscover the In-Villa dining menu proposed by the team of Heritage Le Château. Breakfast, lunch or dinner, let yourself be tempted by a culinary experience with local products from our gardens in a friendly concept.

Discover in the breakfast menu the selection of breads and pastries of the chef, cereals, yoghurt, farm products and tropical fruits among others.

In-villa breakfast is based on a family style of 2 | 4 | 6 | 6 | 8 people. Orders are to be placed by 10pm the day before.

For lunch and dinner we recommend the legendary Smoked Marlin Salad with candied lemon pink berries, palm kernel heart tartare with curry, passion fruit and honey from Rodrigues. For the most gourmet, the wild deer Salmi of “Bel-Ombre” with cinnamon and takamaka wine with vegetables etouffée from our garden.

LA NOUVELLE CARTE IN-VILLA DINING À HERITAGE THE VILLASÀ partir du 15 novembre prochain, découvrez la nouvelle carte du In-Villa dining proposée par l’équipe de Heritage Le Château. Petit-déjeuner, déjeuner ou dîner, laissez-vous tenter par une expérience culinaire avec les produits du terroir et de notre potager.

Découvrez dans le menu petit-déjeuner la sélection de pains et de viennoiseries du Chef, céréales, yaourts, produits de la ferme et des fruits tropicaux entre autres. Le petit-déjeuner en villa est basé sur un concept familial de 2 | 4 | 6 | 8 personnes.Nous vous remercions de passer votre commande avant 22h00 la veille.

Pour le déjeuner et le dîner nous vous recommandons l’incontournable salade de marlin fumé aux baies roses & citron confit, le tartare de cœur de palmiste au curry, fruit de la passion et miel de Rodrigues. Pour les plus gourmands, le salmi de cerf sauvage de ‘Bel-Ombre’ à la cannelle et au vin takamaka, accompagné d’une étouffée de légumes de notre jardin. proposée par notre Chef et Sommelier.

NOUVELLE CARTE DE DAVID TOUTAIN À HERITAGE LE CHÂTEAULe 19 décembre dernier, la nouvelle carte du Chef étoilé David Toutain a été lancée lors d’un diner d’exception réunissant une centaine de convives qui ont pu découvrir le nouvel univers culinaire proposé par le Chef; Filet de vielle rouge au combava, gambas pochées aux épices Vadouvan mais aussi filet de cerf, choux praliné et poire. . Pour accompagner ces mets délicieux, une sélection de grands crus était proposée par notre sommelier.

De « Chef surdoué » à « L’ étoile montante de Paris », les superlatifs ne manquent pas pour décrire le talent de David Toutain. Après tant de succès, le Chef français s’est lancé depuis un an le défi de composer douze plats sur la carte de Heritage Le Château en utilisant les produits du terroir et en s’inspirant des saveurs mauriciennes.

Le 4 décembre dernier, Michel Fredric, Directeur d’Heritage Le Teflair Golf & Wellness Resort et Christophe Ramdiane, Directeur d’Heritage Awali Golf & Spa Resort ont tous les deux été reconnus parmi les « Mauritius Best General Managers » par CMO ASIA.

Cette récompense vient féliciter leur professionnalisme et les efforts constants entrepris tout au long de l’année pour améliorer le séjour de leurs clients.

*JAZZ & WINE AT HERITAGE LE CHÂTEAUOn the 14th of December, Heritage Le Château combined Art, music and cuisine by offering the guests a new edition of a dinner show focusing on Jazz.

During this evening, the guests were invited to discover the musical universe of the famous French Jazz Quartet, Akpé Motion.

In addition, our Chef and Sommelier offered a unique gourmet experience around the culinary world of the château and its exceptional menu.

JAZZ ET VINS À HERITAGE LE CHÂTEAULe 14 décembre dernier, Heritage Le Château a allié Art, musique et cuisine en proposant aux invités une nouvelle édition d’un dîner-spectacle autour du Jazz.

Au cours de cette soirée, les convives ont été invités à découvrir l’univers musical du célèbre quatuor de jazz français, Akpé Motion.

A cela s’est ajoutée une belle expérience gastronomique autour de l’univers culinaire du château et de son menu d’exception, proposée par notre Chef et Sommelier.
