Benefits Our robotic palletising system handles all types of crates and intermediate sheets with just one gripper system. How it works, an example:- Crates are fed to the palletiser- Empty pallets, and in some instances, pallet sheets are fed to the palletiser- An empty pallet is transported to the robot by shuttle- The crates, boxes or bags are stacked to be pick-up by batch by the robot- The robot places the stacks of crates, boxes or bags onto the pallet - The full pallet is removed by shuttle to be picked up by forklift or transported further by conveyor- De-palletisation can be done in reversed manner- Modular system to perform to customer needs from pallets on the floor to fully automated
