Bio * Nikka: Mónica Muñoz (born May 17, 1974), better known by Nikka. She's a composer of experimental music and consolidated in the city of Barcelona. She co-founded the music label Lovethechaos records. During her early wanderings she was Djing in London at the legendary Café1001 conducting sessions with the most abstract sounds. On her return to Barcelona she carried his suitcase record around several rooms like the Neon (Apolo), CityHall or Moog. At 2005, she joins the Metronique electronic music project, that was published in 12 " at the Greek label Creative Space. Following this project, Nikka started working on a solo project borning her frst reference: ISOTOPOS. ISOTOPOS, is a work in which Nikka plays with sensations and with the interaction of the machines in their most pure state, creating each track while walks, skiping the sequences or anything that may intercede in the natural process of musical creation. It’s prety evident that she feels safe among machinery: she can express herself without the use of any subterfuge; she can whether build and destroy rhythms; or better she can create soundscapes that allow us to travel and suggest something at the same time.

Parallel to his personal project started a project 2008 NNID, along with Logical Disorder artists and Leit. Three artists in a state of hallucinosis join live sound for pure improvisation full of Drones.
Nikka is consolidated inside the electronic music scene in Europe and has participated in festivals such as high recognition:
Femelek (SP), Sonar (SP) alphaville (UK), LEM (SP), Fylkingen (SE), Kägelbanan (SE), FACYL Festival (SP), REC (SP), Swedish Energies New York (USA), Norberg Festival (SE), lunchmeat (CZ), Future Everything (Man) Insomnia Festival (NO) among others. In most of these festivals traveling with visual artist with AlbaGCorral which in 2009 created the project THE SPACE IN BETWEEN.
This project is where Nikka and Alba and walk soundscapes and IDM abstract visual compositions. Build internal voices that give life to the colors. Sonorize visualize music and image. They walk through narratives space.
The Space Between Dossier
Nikka is a DJ teacher and music production. Alba is visual programming. For them is a responsibility to promote culture audio-visual. Nikka has also served as artistic projects Sound Walk a human interactive sequencer created by Julio Lucio where Nikka is the creator of the audio portion of the project and which was presented to SONARmática in 2009.

In Collaboration with Gracia.Territori.Sonor, made a residence in a center astronomy inspired by the planets, stars, constellations, etc. and it is there where he composed one of his songs, Jupiter.

FACT MAGAZINE (NIKKA INTERVIEW)
Right Now Nikka is working on his new songs for a new reference. During Sonar+D 2014 she presented “The mist of Sweeden” through the Locosonic application. While walking up Avenida Reina Maria Cristina during Sonar+D, you could heared one of his new songs to throught Avenue. It is one of the themes made with sounds modular synthesizer and others during his residency at EMS Stockholm.
