To find out the effect of temperature on the rate of reactionwhen the pepsin enzyme is added to the egg white.

Method

*+irst, we measured the height of the egg white in eachtube, and took a note of it.

#*-fter that, we measured out %cm$ of buffer solutionwith the big syringe and poured the solution into a testtube &this is repeated 3 times*

3*Then we placed the 3 egg white tubes inside the testtubes.

)*-fter, we placed #cm$ of pepsin into each test tube&measured with smaller syringe*

*+inally, we labelled each test tube and placed one in/0, one in 31/0 and the other in 2%/0 water baths.Then we checked the tubes #) hours later.

Conclusion
