  • Whats involved 2. Labs Labs for this course will consist entirely of independent projects. You will work in pairs and submit a common report. We will have two field trips to Maces Bay (on the Bay of Fundy) to collect specimens for experiments or to do field measurements depending on your project. First job select a partner and come up with a project. Feel free to come and talk with me at any time about your ideas. We should have all projects finalized by the end of September.

  • Whats involved Exams There will be 2 midterms (non-cumulative) and a cumulative final exam You will have the option of doing either (or both) of the midterms as an oral exam. You will be asked questions about the course material for 30 to 45 minutes - one on one in my office. A word of caution about the oral exam. For obvious reasons, this kind of exam has no option for appeals, or re- reading.**
