Summary Joanna qualified as a solicitor in 2010 and joined Nockolds as a Senior Solicitor in March 2016 having previously worked and trained at another firm in Essex. Joanna read law at the University of Leicester and completed her Legal Practice Course at Cardiff University, attaining a distinction. Employment History Senior Solicitor, Nockolds Solicitors - 2016 to Present Joanna specialises in all types of employment matters from recruitment through to dismissal and everything that arises in between acting for both employers and employees. She is skilled in drafting bespoke documentation for a wide range of businesses including contracts of employment, handbooks and company policies and reviewing and advising on such documents for employees at all levels. Joanna has also designed and delivered HR training on a range of topics including the correct way to conduct disciplinary and grievance procedures to avoid Employment Tribunal claims and best practice in recruitment to reduce the risk of discrimination, amongst others.
