The Bioeconomy Innovation Awards is an initiative by BiotechCorp, Academy Science Malaysiaand MY Events International to honour scientists and researchers from the universities andresearch institutions for outstanding achievements in research and development of bio-basedtechnologies. Qualifying universities and research institutions would receive Malaysia ResearchAssessment (MyRA) points from the Ministry of Higher Education.
