During histenure, his Pulte and Del Webb Divisions were ranked No. 1 by J.D. Power & Associates for quality andcustomer satisfaction for seven years in a row. Mr. Galindo also directly oversaw all sales, marketing, andoperations for Sun City Anthem. With more than 15,000 homes, Sun City Anthem is one of the largest andmost successful resort-style, destination, and active-adult communities in the country.

    Complementing his sales and marketing experience, Mr. Galindo has also held leadership roles inconstruction, customer relations, operations, and special projects. A true industry expert, he possesses

    experience in nearly all types of new-home communities. He has pioneered and developed industry-wide bestpractices in Internet sales, social media, sales recruiting, sales training, and point-of-sale presentations.
