ABOUT BINARY COMPENSATION PLAN:

Binary Compensation plan or Binary Plan is the most popular and simple compensation

plan in the network marketing business. As the name implies Binary Plan is based

around the number 2. Actually binary plan is a 2 x n matrix where n defines the number

of levels from where commissions are calculated. In most of the cases the value of n is

infinite. As name implies in Binary plan one member can introduce only two member in

his direct downline. There is another concept of spill over related to binary plan. In spill

over binary plan if a member introduces more than two person then the third person

onwards all of them will be introduced any of his direct members downline. In spill over

binary plan the member will get commission for his every spill.

In binary plan first commission is calculated in two different way. In some organization

commission is calculated if first pair is 1:1. In this process the member has to introduce

only two person in his direct downline, one in left and another in right. In the other way

there are some organization in which the first commission is calculated if first pair is 2:1

or 1:2. In this case member has to introduce two person in left and one person in right

or vice versa.
