Positive feedback from trading party survey
Some TP concern about challenge of delivering next set of processes
First process (C1 Meter verification) transitioned to ‘business as usual’ on 18 October
Code Panel updated in October; due to consider next batch in November
Focus is now on delivering interim functionality in January 2022
However, OPS-related defects putting pressure on current timeline for next processes
Very positive early indications on benefit realisation
Starting to see the benefit of aligning similar processes together.

Pathfinder testingWhere future process releases will be staggered, both Pathfinder testing and assurance testing will also be staggered
AssuranceAssurance will be a shorter exercise for each release, testing only the key transactions/process steps that are being introduced and including only parties that have raised a service request in the Hub
Early Life SupportA smaller early life support period will be scheduled to ensure a successful implementation for each release

Lessons learned
MOSL carried out an internal lessons learned exercise using feedback from Trading Parties and MOSL colleagues
There were many actions taken away for the Programme Team to consider for future phases, some of the key actions were:
To ensure better visibility of code documents and availability dates for technical specifications for future processes
To continue the technical drop-in sessions that were held for the C1 process
Focus on the MVP for future processes to ensure the Programme remains within budget
Continue focusing on the timely responses of support queries
Increase the speed of delivery for future processes
