rescheduling of the following procurement activities wherein there was no quorum

yesterday, July 24, 2012 due to the absence of the Chairman and the Vice Chairman who

attended the Pamana Ng Lahi Evaluation Meeting.

The following are the revised schedules:

1) Prebid Conference for ITB 12-0060 (fuel) and ITB 12-0061 (planer, etc.) shall be onAugust 02, 2012 and Opening of Bids shall be on August 16, 2012 at BAC Office,

3:00PM.

2) Opening of Bids for ITB 12-0053A (tokens) and ITB 12-0062 (laboratory supplies)shall be on August 02, 2012 at BAC Office, 3:00PM.
