GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

1. THIS WORK SHALL CONSIST OF THECONSTRUCTION AS TITLED AND LOCATEDAS SHOWN ON THE DRAWINGS AND HEREINSPECIFIED.

2. THIS WORK SHALL BE IN ACCORDANCE WITHTHE CODES AND STANDARDS WITHIN THESTATE OF OHIO AND ITS RESPECTIVECOMMUNITIES.

3. ALL WORK SHALL BE BASED UPON THEAPPLICABLE NATIONAL CODES AND LOCALORDINANCES AND SHALL BE INSPECTED BYAUTHORIZED INSPECTORS.

4. THE ARCHITECT WILL APPLY FOR GENERALBUILDING PERMIT & PLAN REVIEWS. THECONTRACTOR SHALL SECURE AND PAY FORALL GENERAL CONSTRUCTION PERMITS ANDINSPECTIONS REQUIRED MECHANICAL,PLUMBING, AND ELECTRICALSUB-CONTRACTORS SHALL PAY FOR THEIRPERMITS.

5. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL CHECK ANDVERIFY ALL DIMENSIONS PRIOR TOSTARTING WORK AND SHALL NOTIFY THEG.C. FOR CLARIFICATION ANDCOORDINATION.

6. CONTRACTORS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ACOMPLETE REVIEW OF ALL THE DRAWINGS.ITEMS AFFECTING ALL TRADES ARE PLACEDTHROUGHOUT THE SET OF DRAWINGS.

7. ANY MATERIAL OR LABOR, NEITHER SHOWNON THE DRAWINGS NOR SPECIFIED, BUTWHICH IS NECESSARY TO COMPLETE THEWORK OF A SIMILAR NATURE SHALL BEFURNISHED WITHOUT COST TO THE OWNEROR ARCHITECT.

8. EACH CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE ALLMATERIAL, LABOR, AND EQUIPMENT TOCOMPLETE ALL HIS WORK AND FURNISH ACOMPLETE JOB (UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED)IN COMPLIANCE WITH LOCAL AND STATEGOVERNING AUTHORITIES AND OTHERAUTHORITIES HAVING LAWFUL JURISDICTIONOVER THE WORK.

9. THE EXACT SIZES AND LOCATION OFEQUIPMENT AND WORK SUPPLIED BYOTHERS TO THAT WHICH ISDIAGRAMMATICALLY INDICATED ON THEDRAWINGS, SHALL BE VERIFIED ANDDETERMINED ON THE JOB BY THE G.C.SUBJECT TO CONDITIONS ANDCOORDINATION OF WORK WITH THE OTHERSUB-CONTRACTORS.

10. DRAWINGS INDICATE THE MINIMUMSTANDARDS, IF ANY WORK SHOULD BESUBSTANDARD TO ANY ORDINANCES, LAWS,CODES, RULES, OR REGULATIONS BEARINGON THEIR WORK, THE CONTRACTOR SHALLEXECUTE THE WORK CORRECTLY INACCORDANCE WITH SUCH ORDINANCES,CODES, LAWS, CODES, RULES ORREGULATIONS WITH NO INCREASE IN COST.

11. THE MECHANICAL, PLUMBING, ANDELECTRICAL SUBCONTRACTORS SHALL BEUNDER THE DIRECTION OF THE GENERALCONTRACTOR.
