Reminder to Bidders:
1. A complete set of Official Bidding Documents (OBD) may be bought by interested Bidders on 06 September 2021 (Mon) to 08 October 2021 (Fri) from 09:00AM to 04:30PM of the non-refundable applicable fee for the Bidding Documents, and pursuant to the latest Guidelines issued by the GPPB, the cost for the Official Bidding Documents is THREE THOUSAND PESOS (P3,000.00). It may also be downloaded free of charge from the website of the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS) and the website of the DAP. In order for bidders to participate, they shall pay the cost of the OBD, three (3) days before the scheduled Submission and Opening of Bids.

4. All documentary requirements indicated on Section VIII. Checklist of Technical & Financial Documents shall be submitted in bidms.dap.edu.ph on or before 12 October 2021 (Tue) and not later than 9:30AM, the Opening of submitted bids.
If the Bidder will not have any joint venture agreement (JVA) with any juridical entity/ies, the Bidder is still required to issue a Statement, written in its letterhead, clearly indicating that the Bidder will not enter into any JVA for this Project, kindly indicate “Not Applicable (N/A)” together with its appropriate document filenames, as specified in the Bid Document Checklist.
5. Protest Mechanism availed by the Bidder/s is subject to Rule XVII, Section 55 of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of R.A. 9184.
6. The DAP reserves the right to reject any and all bids, declare a failure of bidding, or not award the contract at any time in accordance with the provisions of RA 9184 and its IRR, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
